In the Peruvian town of Curavasi, Dr. Klaus-Dieter John and his wife and a group of friends built a hospital called "Diospi", which is designed to provide medical services to the poorest people to ensure a higher group of people can have better medical assistance. Even though the hospital can still function sometimes when the grid system is not working properly yet TIDE POWER knowing the situation and with humanity purpose generously donated the generator set which has received sincere thanks from the hospital.
From childhood, Dr. Klaus-Dieter John and his wife, Dr. Martina John, aspired to use their medical training to alleviate suffering in the Third World. With this in mind they had decided to build a hospital from scratch in the town of Curavasi, in Apurímac, one of Peru's poorest area.
In 2007 the Diospi-Suyana Hospital was founded, built 100% thanks to donations from first world countries (Europe and USA). The cost of care per person is 4 soles (1 US dollar) and focuses on serving mainly the poorest population of Peru.
In December 2021, TIDE-POWER donated a 150KW FC-170X-C generator set to DIOSPI-SUYANA hospital in order to help the hospital to continue their work even during power outages.
In January 2022, the technicians installed a generator set in the engine room of DIOSPI-SUYANA hospital.
