Looking back on the past year's developments

2022 is a year of constant opportunities and challenges, Tide Power has made continuous progress and breakthroughs in the midst of changes to usher in a perfect ending. From a practical point of view, the heads of offices and departments introduced the results of their work in the past year, summarized their experiences and shortcomings, and won the affirmation of all participants with solid business achievements and management results.

To gain a deeper understanding of the ideas and needs of the business system, a special group discussion session was set up at the conference. Each group discussed in depth the problems that existed in various aspects of their work, promoting efficient and smooth communication.

Looking ahead to a new year of development

During the meeting, Rex Tan, General Manager, reviewed the operation situation in 2022 and made an analysis of the market situation, further clarified the work direction of each department in 2023, and encouraged to face the new situation with a positive, aggressive and efficient outlook and achieve new results.

Five awards to recognise outstanding staff

An annual recognition award was set up on site for the outstanding contribution of employees in 2022 to motivate advanced models and strengthen confidence in development.

Team building activities to uplift the spirit for 2023

On the third day of the conference, the Tide Power team went to Yongtai, the hometown of hot springs, for team building activities. Through wonderful and interesting teamwork games, ancient town excursions, bonfire balls and other activities, we resonated with each other and strengthened our cohesion, with the spirit of facing challenges head-on, based on a new stage, starting a new pattern together and creating brilliance again!
