Maintenance of Tide Power diesel water pump

Dat: 2024-01-10 Clicks:

The diesel water pump of Tide Power has the characteristics of good starting characteristics, strong overload capacity, compact and reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, and simple and reliable use. The genset is equipped with protection functions such as low oil pressure, high water temperature, low oil level, and low battery voltage. In recent years, with the increase in the number of diesel water pumps, in order to reduce accidents during use, it is necessary to strengthen regular maintenance.

1Regularly inspect seals

Various sealing components of diesel water pumps, such as refueling screws, rubber sealing rings, and sealing boxes of oil immersed electric pumps, should be inspected before each use. Any loose components should be tightened in a timely manner, and those with poor sealing should be replaced with new ones to ensure safe use.

2Regularly change oil

After 500 hours of operation, the oil in the sealing chamber of the oil immersed electric pump needs to be replaced, and the oil in the motor chamber also needs to be replaced once a year. For wet electric pumps, lithium based grease needs to be replaced every 2000 hours of operation.

3Prevent rusting

When the diesel water pump is not in use, it should be wiped clean and placed in a ventilated and dry place. If the surface of the electric pump is damaged or peeled off, the rust should be removed in a timely manner, and anti rust paint should be applied for protection.

4Carry out comprehensive maintenance

Diesel engine pumps generally undergo comprehensive maintenance every two years of use. For worn and poorly sealed components, they should be repaired if they can be repaired, and replaced if they cannot be repaired. They should not be used reluctantly to avoid serious consequences.
