Recently, as the final pour of concrete was placed, the main structure of Building No. 3 at the Tide Power Smart Power Generation Equipment Manufacturing Base was successfully topped out. As the first building in the industrial park to reach this milestone, it marks a significant new phase for this key industrial project and lays a solid foundation for subsequent construction progress and commissioning operations.

Craftsmanship in Action: A Milestone Delivered

The project envisions multiple standardized production workshops and a new energy R&D building, with plans to establish five dedicated production lines: diesel generator sets, gas generator sets, pump generator sets, energy storage power systems, and hybrid energy solutions.

Since the groundbreaking ceremony, the project construction team has overcome multiple challenges through scientific planning and meticulous execution, ensuring that both schedule and quality advance in tandem. As the first building in the park to be topped out, Building No. 3 not only provides the working area needed for subsequent equipment installation and commissioning, but also establishes a firm foundation for the broader park’s supporting facilities and final delivery.

With the first building topped out, the overall layout of the park is becoming increasingly clear. Meanwhile, basement construction for Building 1 and pile foundation work for Building 2 are advancing in parallel — each building progressing on its own timeline, yet moving forward together in a compact and efficient construction rhythm.
