On June 20th, the signing ceremony of the annual OEM procurement agreement between Tide Power and MWM was successfully held. Mr. Rex, General Manager of Tide Power, Mr. Michael, Deputy General Manager of Sales, Mr. Cui Rui, Senior Sales Manager of MWM China in Germany, and Mr. Maximilian Rother, Global OEM Manager of Caterpillar attended the ceremony.

MWM is the world's most advanced brand in the production of high-efficiency gas engines and generating sets, and as a well-known supplier and manufacturer of gas-fired units and cogeneration systems, Tide Power is committed to developing special applications for various gas-fired units.

Based on the principle of "cooperation and development, complementary advantages and win-win cooperation", General Manager Mr.Rex and Senior Sales Manager of MWM China Mr. Cui Rui, shook hands and solemnly put pen to paper on the signing letter as the signing table was lit up, and both parties took a group photo after cutting the celebration cake. This procurement contract is a deeper level of cooperation after the signing of the OEM strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides. As an OEM of MWM's generator sets, Tide Power has the right to purchase MWM's TCG3016 series power and then assemble the sets independently according to MWM's production standards and leave the factory as Tide Power's gas generator sets.

After the signing ceremony, led by General Manager Mr.Rex, Caterpillar representatives entered the Tide Power China factory for a tour. The two sides communicated and exchanged views on the supply chain system, product process details, technical standards and assembly and testing processes, and jointly explored the prospects for future cooperation, so that the two sides can move forward to a deeper and broader area of cooperation and help the energy industry develop in a high quality manner.
