1、 Regularly inspect sealsVarious sealing components of diesel

pumps, such as refueling screws, rubber sealing rings, and sealing boxes of oil immersed electric

pumps, should be inspected before each use. Any loose components should be tightened in a timely manner, and those with poor sealing should be replaced with new ones to ensure safe use.

2、 Regularly change oilAfter 500 hours of operation, the oil in the sealing chamber of the oil immersed electric pump

needs to be replaced, and the oil in the motor chamber also needs to be replaced once a year. For wet electric pumps, lithium based grease needs to be replaced every 2000 hours of operation.
