In the industrial city of southeastern Nigeria, Africa, a large industrial park is currently under construction with the aim of building a power
station.
Last week, under the expert guidance of Tide Power
technical engineering team, 7
generator sets, equipped with MWM
German original engines,
are being strategically placed and interconnected to operate seamlessly in parallel. This critical deployment marks a significant milestone in enhancing the industrial park's electrical infrastructure, ensuring a reliable and uninterrupted power
supply to support its
industrial production
needs.
Based on power
demand, Tide Power
has selected MWM
German original engine
to design 7 gas generator sets, adopt parallel island operation to continuously meet the surrounding electricity demand with strong performance, and have characteristics such as low emissions, high efficiency, and high safety. The selected LEROY-SOMER dual bearing high-voltage generator can efficiently ensure the safety of long-distance power
transmission. Replacing traditional water tank heat dissipation with plate heat exchangers has a compact structure, greatly enhancing the spatial flexibility of the unit.
As the company's inaugural Natural Gas Power
Module project in Nigeria, it is equipped with a dedicated team of engineers based there to provide full professional and technical support for the successful launch of the project. This case demonstrates the capabilities of the Tide team in the context of large-scale gas power
projects.
The project is divided into three phases, with a total of 18 units to be delivered locally in batches. Following months of hard work, we are pleased to announce the successful completion of the first phase of the project. We believe that this project effectively solves the problem of tight power
supply in the local industrial park and creates a win-win situation in terms of economic and ecological benefits by adopting our power
solution.
As a professional energy solution provider, Tide Power
has a comprehensive global supply chain system and service network, with professional talent teams from international offices in China, Southeast Asia, Australia, and more, serving more than 80 countries and regions worldwide. Adhering to the corporate philosophy of contributing to the global power
industry and with green and low-carbon development goals, we look forward to making more positive contributions to promoting energy transformation and sustainable development in the region after the completion of the power
station construction.
